We have been living here for about 6 months, and overall we really enjoy our apartment. It's just big enough for the 2 of us and a roommate, a washer and dryer, full kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms etc. But our only steady complaint would be how noisy the neighbors are, outside and inside their respective apartments. I wish there was more strict noise rules in general, as they're loud all hours of the day.

The beautiful nature can be experienced. Very well behaved employees and helping nature.The community is clean and have a nice pool along with a gym. Also the car wash area is so helpful.

Meadowbrook is a wonderful place to live. Helpful staff and a great Maintenance Supervisor!! The gate doors to the dog 🐶 park have an opening on the side where small dogs can escape. A little dog that I take care of the during the day decided to run out the opening right in front of maintenance supervisor. I voiced my concerns and it is going to be fixed. What great service and looking out for our doggies.

I recently moved here. It is a good community. Peaceful environment to stay. Close to shops and parks. Neatly maintained, office staffs are helpful.

Excellent staff at the leasing office. And my family and I love our apartment and its great amenities. We haven’t had any trouble since we moved in; if we had an issue for maintenance to resolve, they got to us promptly.

Hi, I am Dawn Zillante, been with Meadow Brook over a year and I love it here, the staff is friendly and get the job done, and I like that we have the trash service. The only thing I don't like is some nights people have parties or friends at the pool late and make a lot of noise. I have complained about it. Just want you to know.

Location is convenient. Neighbors are overall nice, there is not a lot of noisiness. Overall decent living experience. Upgrades are definitely (especially older apartments) needed once in a while but its overall a decent experience in Meadowbrook.

We’ve been here over 9 years now. We have seen many many changes. To the playground we had and the new dog park. It’s nice to see these changes. They have definitely helped with the property appearance.

They are on point. They recognize you by name and where you live. Maintenance are very good and courteous. Overall the property is extremely clean. I love it here. Couldn't ask for anything ❤️ else.

I love living at Meadowbrook in Naples, FL. The maintenance employees are great and the employees in the office are really nice and efficient. The pool is always clean and so is the workout room.

The apartment looks exquisite, and the natural lighting combined with the soft finishes in the home make the place look more bright and open. The community is also quiet and pleasant to talk a walk in.

Meadow Brook Preserve is one of the best places to live in South West Florida, MBP is located minutes away from Hospitals, Publix, Walmart, a Great variety of restaurants, pharmacies in a walking distance, it offers a great dog park for your adorable four legged family members, gym, pool, car wash center and a New and Friendly Management Team that is ready to help you with anything you may need in your new home. I love it here. It's quiet, clean and safe. I can literally walk around sipping my coffee in peace. The residents are very nice. I was totally blown away with my apartment. I still can't believe that I am here. I'm in heaven here. Thank you 😊
